Pack the Product
Ensure the appliance is unused and packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the inspection and collection of the item.
Receive Refund
After the returned product passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
